TEXT BASED ARTWORKS

Pensierini is a text art project taking an abstract form. It aims to represent the flux of words constantly inhabiting the human mind. These words come as a noisy voice in our minds. Pensierini wants to provide a visual representation of such a voice.

The project follows two paths: 'Noisy (Un)Reasoning' and 'Doubts Soup'. In both cases, the process is the same. First, I write a text about a certain topic. Such a text is a mind's monologue about that topic. Then, I put the text in a visual form that better represents our inner voice. The differences between 'Noisy (Un)Reasoning' and 'Doubts Soup' are in terms of materials and textual content. Furthermore, they symbolically show two different mental activities. The 'Noisy (Un)Reasoning' series is about radical verbal claims that grow in our minds: an intangible and living substance. 'Doubts Soup' shows all those arguments we take into account during decision-making. Here, the options of the choice process and the arguments supporting them liquefy.
